Fulton Medical Clinic is owned and operated by Callaway Community Hospital.

Fulton Medical Clinic provides four physicians, two physician assistants and two nurse practioners to care for your needs in a rural healthcare setting. Appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and on Saturday 8am to noon. You may also call (573)642-5338 to make an appointment. Massage Therapy is available by appointment only. We are accepting new patients and take most insurance plans.

Who are your providers?

Dr. Catherine McCray is a Family Practice Physician who provides services for acute and chronic illnesses and specializes in womens health and OB.

Dr. Rezwan Islam, a 1993 graduate of Fulton High School, is also a Family Practice Physician who provides many services to meet consumer needs.

Sara Revelle, RN, CS, FNP and Kristen Oesch, FNP primarily offer women's and children's healthcare.

Linda Bang LMT is a 2004 graduate of Metro Buisness Collegeand has joined our staff to provide Massage Therapy to our patients. She is available by appointment only and also covered by most insurance plans.

Kristen Oesch FNP joined us from the University of Missouri,her speciality is family practice and already has a loyal patient following.

Jack Wenkel PA came to us from the University of Nebraska. He is a master degreed physicians assistant and specilizes in family practice.

William Miller MD is the newest addition to our staff and is now seeing patients. He comes to us from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is a board certified family practice physician and his patient list is growing rapidly.

Jamie Ticgelaor PA is another new addition to our staff, she recieved her Master of Science (Physician Assistant Studies) from Rosalind Franklin University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL. She specializes in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. She is set-up and already taking patients.
